IYPMI COUNTER HUMAN TRAFFICKING PROGRAM

The Counter Human Trafficking Program, established in 2021, is a strategic program aimed at combating human trafficking through a comprehensive approach grounded in the national key strategic areas (4Ps) of: Prevention, Protection, Prosecution, and Partnership. This voluntary program achieves its objectives by driving public education on trafficking in persons, leveraging online platforms for social media campaigns, and facilitating impactful radio and television engagements. It further strengthens its impact through strategic partnerships with organizations and government agencies, complemented by annual community engagements centered on prevention and protection themes. These efforts collectively align with the overarching goal of eradicating human trafficking and fostering safer communities.
